[AG-TECH] No services availible to add?

I'm in the process of setting up AG 2.1.1b on a machine.  After getting through
the certificates (boy is that stuff twitchy!), it now claims that there are
no services to add.  Ie, Manage My Node -> Services -> Add brings up an empty
list.

Anyone have any idea where I should start looking to fix this?
