Hello,

You all might have noticed voyager being difficult lately. Cindy, Randy, and
Alan have all been very helpful in trying to diagnose what we seem to have
finally figured out: 

The ANL/MCS firewall has been configured to not allow access!

This was definitely an oversight. I've put in a request to have it fixed and
will send another email when I have confirmed that it is indeed accessible
from off-site.

I apologize for the inconvenience.
