[AG-TECH] New Tutorial: AG Audio Troubleshooting

Friends and Colleagues,

I'm happy to announce that a new tutorial is now available from the AG Training Project (formerly known as AGiB tutorials): "Access Grid Audio Troubleshooting: An Elementary Guide for Technical Users." This tutorial can be accessed through http://webct.ncsa.uiuc.edu:8900/public/AGIB/ , and is also linked in from the AGDP web site, http://www.accessgrid.org/agdp/.

In addition to our tutorials' usual high-quality information, this tutorial includes audio recordings which allow you to gain a better understanding of the types of problems you may encounter, and to choose the appropriate troubleshooting techniques.

I invite you to use this new resource, and to post any questions and comments to the online forum contained within the tutorials. We are always happy to receive input from the community.
