[AG-TECH] Fwd: Re: agtech mailing list seems slow

It's been slow for me ever since I got on the list a couple of years
ago.  In general, if I send something to the list it takes a good 
15 minutes or so until I see it appear, though I'll often receive
replies much sooner (particularly if they're from Argonne).
I always attributed it to the work of getting those bits over
the Great Divide.

In Jeff's test message, I received it - judging by time stamp - 
immediately after he sent it.
