[AG-TECH] Video Encoding...

Can anyone tell me what they think is the absolute best video endoding
machine...?  I ended up with a dual processor PC that has a Serverworks
chip.  It had a real problem running multiple monitors... and has never
seemed to render very well, we end up with massive loss.  Does anyone have
a success story with  a particular machine?  We are looking for a
replacement.
