[AG-TECH] APware running - always or just when needed

I like having it up to keep an eye on things; it's interesting that they
don't see it being used that way.
That said, in the rooms that are up and running well we don't typically
have much need to poke at things with it. And especially with the XAP, the
full tool is really too complex for normal folks to want to deal with,
especially to poke at single levels (like the crosspoint attenuation that
helps manage the telco/local/network audio levels..)
