[AG-TECH] vic w2k and dual cpu

We have a dual cpu display node running windows 2000. 
With a heavy load I find it MUCH better to use the task manager to set the
cpu affinity for vic to a single cpu only.
Tcl applications like vic seem to be unable to multi-thread and Windows
2000 seems to keep bouncing the process between cpus which seems to give
the sticky window problem.

Does anyone know a way of geting vic to start with a default processor
affinity.
