Here's a trick I've found useful: cnet's shopper section
(shopper.cnet.com) is very helpful in finding things. They poll various
vendors and also (important here) check on who has them in stock. The
top-level page for a "matrox g450" search is at
http://shopper.cnet.com/shopping/search/results/1,10214,0-1257,00.html?tag=&qt=matrox+g450&cn=&ca=1257
After poking around a little on your behalf, I find that thenerds.com
seems to still have some (ie 6) of the compaq-branded versions. Here's
their page.

Pretty much everyone else does seem to be out of them. I can only find
the G550 listed as AGP on Matrox's web site, so I hope that they're not
giving up on the pci cards...
