[AG-TECH] VIC-RAT Question.

I've been working with John Mitchell at Arizona State University and were
looking at building an AG Node specific to performance (Dance, Music, etc.)
and he asked me a question that I don't have an answer to. The question is,
"How does VIC and RAT synchronize video with audio? I thought maybe some of
you AG Gurus would know something about this.
