[AG-TECH] Cannot Change Input Source on RAT 4.2.10

Would anyone know what would keep me from being able to change the input
source on RAT.  It will not change from Microphone despite pressing the
arrow buttons.  There seems to be a response in the GUI so I do not think
RAT is "frozen"?

EVL will be attending an AG conference in the next few days, so any
immediate suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
