RTP

  The informations is being written to the file .RTPdefaults.  Just as a
little test I changed the email address in the rtp window and then did cat
.RTPdefaults and the new address was written to .RTPdefaults.  But, when I
restart the Video Resource Manager the RTP window comes up again with the
old rtpemail address and the rtpname blank.
