Cruise tomorrow

We will be setting up for the Chautauqua tomorrow so will not be available 
for the cruise.

We would like to set up several practice sessions over the next several days:

Thursday June 8 2:00 - 4 PM EST - Practice session from the main conference 
room
Focus on sound checks, tests of audience cameras and mikes, some practice 
for presentors.

Friday  June 9 2:00 - 4 PM EST - Practice with the EVL's new shared 
visualization tool.  (Still need to hear from them to confirm this and get 
access to the tool.

Monday, June 12, 10AM until noon EST
Test two venues, rooms, muds at once to simulate the tutorials.

Monday, June 12, 1:30 - 3:30 PM
Final tests from the main conference room

Please make the appropriate virtual venue reservations for us at these 
times.  We need to have as many sites as possible join us for these final 
cruises.
