Lower ttl test session

I've created a second AG announcement in sdr, this time with a ttl of 40.
If we can believe the mtraces, a ttl of 34 will get to Boston, and one of
10 will get to NCSA. I'd like folks that have working multicast to let me
know if they are seeing this announcement, and if they can see the ttl 40
video that I am sending on the channel. If you don't see the announcement,
and would like to try seeing the video, you can do 

	vic -t 40 224.2.232.73/61510
