the e-mail address in the cert request when the cert has been signed.
Expecting people to periodically check by just running the program, when they
believe the program won't work because they don't have their cert yet, is a

CertificateRequestTool again, it should show you the status of your certificate
requests, and allow you to import the resulting certificate(s). If you

issued by verisign at this time, so that is not
