size=2>The video tool is vic. Audio should be using rat or vat,
I'm not sure which one you guys are using (probably rat). There is
a known problem with rat "falling behind" on windows. A patch was
submitted to the rat folks and the cvs copy has it applied. It
minimized the problem but it's not entirely fixed

The routers enforce (ie, decrement the number and when it gets to 0
drop the packets). But the application sets the number in the
first place. The app is the only one who knows what the user
wants, so that's where the ttl has to get set. Everyone else

application require this, if the network routers can handle
it? How does this interact with the application? Why
would you need to increase the ttl? It seems that if we
leave it at default we have a hard time with remote sites in
