[AG-DEV] [AG-TECH] New accessgrid.org Venue Server

G'day All

I would be happy to make this change - as soon as the code have been moved to source forge.

This would provide me with an opportunity to try out the new system and see if I can upload a minor change.

Cheers,
Jason.

Hi Salim:

In case you still need to be able to turn off the beacon by default on Windows 7, this default is configured in Preferences.py. You could make a platform test in this file and set the beacon default accordingly, like so:

self.default[self.BEACON] = 0

I need to make a modification later today to allow the user to execute the python app to rename the urls in their ~/.AccessGrid3/Config alone (probably takes about 5 minutes). Windows and Mac still needs to be tested.
