Hi there Staff of AccessGrid!.

I don't know if this is the procedure to find some answer for some troubles
we are experiencing with the certificates on AccessGrid. I have to be honest
with you, my english is not that good and I hope I make myself clear.

Normally before, we used to request the certificates for all the services on
AccessGrid online. This past days we are experiencing troubles and the page
gives us a 303 error. So, I don't know if the community is changing
something or thats not the way to get the certificates anymore.

If there is someway you could give me a hint I'll appreciate it a lot.
