OSX 2.3 Beta with media tools (update)

Here's an update to the osx package with minor changes.

Changes:
A terminal now pops up when you start a VenueServer or ServiceManager so 
you can stop them more easily.

Tom's globus patch is built in (the fix for most hanging server issues).

The vnc shared app client application path was corrected.
