APAN/ANU

I'm assuming that the group mostly didn't look at the slides from the 
APAN meeting, so wanted to stress that AG-interested people should look 
at the ANU slides in particular, which were very interesting and relevant:

Specifically:
- new video decoding software
    - to support localization, site-grouping, layout
    - using OpenGL - check out video streams on teapots
- h323 gateway, including telephony
- multicast bridge, with http-based source selection

(net access there is horrible atm, by the way)
