jetspeed portal/portlet tools

I have been looking at this. I am helping the BioComp people get a portal up
and running with the JetSpeed tools and one of the action items is to figure
out how AG integration happens. A prerequisite is to gain a better
understanding of the jetspeed and portlet tools, performance, etc, which
should come out of this project.

Towards that end, we are having systems create a jetspeed server with all
attendant software (there is quite a bit), run a myproxy server for it, and
have deena and pavan start implementing the biocomp portal plan. In that
plan is a section for collaborative tools, including AG integration, but we
haven't gotten to the details of how that happens yet. I hope to address
that soon.
