That's not entirely true; the tools are there in gt2 to implement an 
authorization solution (both in terms of authentication and in terms of 
enforcment at the connection setup level). It doesn't seem fair to say that 
"authorization isn't there". 80% of the authorization problem is policy mgmt ..
